Our new service makes it easy for companies to integrate mental health into workplace wellness as an add-on to our social fitness challenge. We provide a complete solution that combines physical, social, and mental health, creating a stronger and more sustainable work environment.
Research shows that regular physical activity is a powerful way to enhance mental health and resilience against illness. That’s why physical activity is a core part of our program. By adding our mental health series, we expand the approach and fill a gap in the market, combining these elements into a stronger, holistic solution.
Raising awareness and reducing stigma
One of the main goals of our new service is to increase awareness of mental health in organizations. We want to help companies reduce the stigma that often surrounds mental health challenges and create an open dialogue where employees feel comfortable discussing their well-being.
Our broad approach ensures that all employees can find something relevant to them, whether it’s stress management, mindfulness, or sleep habits. Each topic is accompanied by practical tips and simple exercises that employees can integrate into their daily routines, both at work and at home. During the activity, we regularly publish mental health posts highlighting various aspects of mental health. The entire series is based on established knowledge from sources such as the Public Health Agency of Sweden.
