A lot has happened in We+ recently. We’ve gathered seven new features that make it easier to create engagement, community and measurable results in larger organisations.
The updates fall into two main areas: stronger global and local community, and a more accessible, measurable and complete platform – including broader language support that makes We+ even better suited to international organisations.

Stronger global and local community
Many larger companies want to create one shared activity for the whole organisation while still keeping engagement strong locally across countries, offices, departments and teams.
That’s why We+ has introduced new features that combine global community with local relevance. It means a health challenge can feel shared across the whole organisation while still being close and relevant to each participant.
New feature 1. Global and local leaderboards
Participants can switch between a global leaderboard for the entire organisation and a local leaderboard for their own unit, country or office.
It creates both a sense of being part of something bigger and a stronger connection to the local team. For larger organisations, it’s a way to combine a shared company culture with local energy and motivation.
New feature 2. Global and local Awards and company feeds
Alongside global Awards for the whole company, organisations can highlight local Awards for individual units, countries or teams. Participants can also switch between a global company feed and a local feed.
This helps create a shared sense of community across the organisation while strengthening engagement closer to participants’ everyday working lives. Local Awards make the finish more relevant to more people, while local feeds make it easier to follow, cheer on and be inspired by nearby colleagues.
For organisations with employees across several locations or countries, it creates engagement on both a global and local level.
New feature 3. Collaboration Award
Collaboration Award is a new additional challenge in We+, where participants earn extra points by exercising together with someone from another group.
The aim is to encourage new connections, strengthen collaboration and break down silos between teams, departments and countries. In this way, the health challenge can contribute to both increased physical activity and stronger relationships across the organisation.
New feature 4. Tailored additional challenges
We+ can also create additional challenges based on each company’s own goals. These could encourage collaboration, highlight a particular theme, strengthen local engagement or support an internal initiative.
The challenges can have their own leaderboards and digital Awards, making it easy to add variety and create a fresh experience – even for companies that have used We+ before.
A more accessible, measurable and complete platform
For a health challenge to have a real impact, it needs to be easy to understand, easy to get started with and possible to follow up. This is particularly important in larger international organisations where employees may be based in different countries, speak different languages and have different digital habits.
We+ has therefore also been developed to make the platform more accessible to employees and more useful for HR, management and other internal decision-makers.
New feature 5. We+ in more languages – for international organisations
We+ is available in multiple languages, making it easier for international organisations to include employees across different countries and allow more people to use the platform in their own language.
The platform is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, the Nordic and Baltic languages, as well as Japanese, Gujarati, Brazilian Portuguese and Simplified Chinese.
For global companies, language support can be an important part of running the same health challenge across the whole organisation. It lowers the barrier to participation and makes it possible to create one shared activity across borders without losing local accessibility.

New feature 6. Improved user experience
We+ is also becoming available as a PWA, Progressive Web App. This means participants can install We+ directly on their mobile device for a more app-like experience, without having to use a traditional app store.
With push notifications, it becomes easier to remind, inspire and keep participants engaged throughout the challenge.
New feature 7. Health report with ROI analysis
After the activity, We+ can provide health reports with ROI analysis, making it possible to show the value of the investment in more concrete financial terms.
For HR, management and internal decision-makers, this provides useful support when demonstrating how a health challenge can contribute to increased engagement, higher activity levels and potential effects on productivity and sick leave.
More reasons to use We+ again
The new features make it easier to create a health challenge that feels relevant to more participants, works across larger organisations and can be tailored to the company’s own goals.
For previous customers, there are now even more ways to refresh the concept, build on previous engagement and create an activity that feels new, relevant and inspiring.
